Manual Handling - Off The Shelf Elearning Courses
In the UK, approximately one-third of all working days are lost as a result of poor health due to improper manual handling of heavy goods. Without training in manual handling techniques, your employees are at risk of various musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.
The laws and regulations require employers to manage the risks to their employees regarding manual handling and provide instructions on how to properly handle heavy loads to avoid damages to health. It is part of the training on how to create a safe working environment for all employees.
At Sponge, we have developed a Manual Handling elearning Course that will enable the user to understand what is needed to manually handle goods with care, the best ways of carrying heavy loads and how to apply the correct manual handling techniques. Training is necessary to prevent musculoskeletal disorders resulting from poor manual handling practice. This training course is suitable for any user who is required to carry heavy loads in their work.
Fully online and interactive, available 24/7 on any device, with no time limits, thanks to the Sponge state-of-the-art LMS. The online manual handling training has an assessment at the end of the course and a certificate can be downloaded upon successful completion of the course.
