Die erweiterten digitalen Lernkompetenzen der Sponge Group werden mit dem "Core Leader"-Status im Fosway 9-Grid™ 2022 anerkannt (engl.)

Datum:

Elevation from ‘Core Challenger’ to ‘Core Leader’ follows successful integration of four acquired brands into one Sponge Group.

Following two years of successful organic growth, alongside critical acquisitions, Sponge Group has been elevated to the category of 'core leader' in the 2022 Fosway 9-Grid™.

The recognition in EMEA's leading HR market analysis model, signifies the enhanced digital learning offering that Sponge Group provides its clients and follows the integration of four brands under one Sponge Group – Sponge, Skill Pill, Idox Compliance, and Bolt Learning.

Combining new advances in gathering learner insights, with an enhanced range of elearning capabilities, the acquisitions have enabled Sponge to develop strong partnerships with global clients to identify key learning requirements, deploy the appropriate elearning solutions, measure impact, and drive better performance across global workforces.

"Our move from 'core challenger' to 'core leader' in the Fosway 9-Grid™ is a testament to the progress Sponge Group has made in the past 12 months," said Adam Poulter, CEO of Sponge Group. "This progress was made possible through the dedicated teams at Sponge that work tirelessly to ensure we are providing our clients with the best digital learning experiences, and instilling trust in Sponge as a strategic partner for upskilling and, in some cases, reskilling their workforces."

Sponge Group's strengths in award-winning content development, strategic learning consultancy, and data insights have helped drive the significant growth of a client list comprising a host of marquee brands such as AstraZeneca, Dyson, Tetra Pak®, AXA, Tesco, PayPal, IKEA, and Airbus.

“The recent depth and breadth we've added in our capabilities has enabled us to plug into the wider learning ecosystem in large enterprise and serve more than one strategic need for our clients,” continued Poulter. “This has been a critical factor behind our upsurge in market performance, and I’m delighted to see that this growth has been recognised by the leading analyst of our industry."

“Congratulations to Sponge for progressing to Core Leader status in the 2022 Fosway 9-Grid™ for Digital Learning. This reflects Sponge’s increased focus on building capability in key areas as well as how these are better aligned to drive stronger customer outcomes.”

David Wilson, CEO, Fosway

About Sponge Group.

Sponge Group is a leading digital learning provider founded in 2004 with over 200 employees across Europe. Sponge offers innovative and engaging learning solutions to drive behavioral change, with data-driven outcomes, within global organisations.

In November 2019, Aliter Capital brought together the leading, cutting-edge technology expertise of Bolt Learning and the award-winning creative expertise of Sponge to establish a new corporate learning group. Today our unified business operates under the single Sponge Group brand.

In 2020, the Sponge family grew with the addition of microlearning experts Skill Pill. We also established a partnership with Temple Grange Partners, a leading financial crime and compliance (FCC) consultancy practice, to support the creation and development of innovative elearning solutions.

Sponge Group established its compliance arm, Sponge Compliance, in 2021 to expand its offering in European-related compliance elearning solutions.
