As #1 on the Fortune Future 50 List, Australian software company, Atlassian, is one of the world's most influential big SaaS companies and their products - of which Trello, Jira, and Confluence are the most recognisable - now form part of much of the working world's day-to-day.

Atlassian has long understood the role that customer education plays in offering new and better ways to nurture customer advocacy, improve retention, and increase market share and lifetime value. Since 2020, we’ve partnered with them to enhance customer education and drive product adoption through Atlassian University, now Atlassian Learning.

A brand for 
getting s##t done.

In 2025, Atlassian chose to invest in a root-and-branch reinvention of their learning ecosystem. They wanted to breathe new life into their public learning platform with a branded experience that helps their customers connect, grow, and get s##t done. 

We partnered closely with their internal learning teams to overhaul their learning brand and the design of all its touchpoints. We transformed long-form content into user-friendly bitesize modules. Our Learning Consultancy team, The Practice, helped optimise learner journeys with a diagnostic tool to guide users towards courses aligned with their goals.  

Helping busy people
get inspired.

From foundational courses like Trello Fundamentals to advanced topics like JQL queries, our offerings include real-world examples, enabling learners to apply knowledge in practical simulations. Our visual and motion design teams bring the learning to life through engaging video assets such as this recently delivered Trello example.

Over the course of our partnership, Atlassian Learning has evolved into more than just a training portal; it's become an essential part of their customer success strategy, empowering users to extract maximum value from Atlassian's powerful suite of tools.
