Sponge at Learning Technologies 2018

Date:

Visitors to Europe’s largest learning technologies event can join us on a journey of exploration and discovery in outstanding workplace learning.

At Learning Technologies 2018, (London Olympia, 31 January – 1 February), we're giving delegates the opportunity to get hands on with a new learning game that we've designed exclusively for the event. Visitors to the Sponge stand, located at C7, can test their learning technologies knowledge and compete for position on a ‘Top Gear’ style leader board.

Delegates can also try out our latest in virtual reality (VR) for learning and discover how Axonify microlearning technology can build and sustain workforce knowledge.

“This is about so much more than simply making learning fun, it’s about creating learning opportunities that fit with how we work and learn today,” said Louise Pasterfield, Managing Director at Sponge.

“The world of work is changing rapidly and today’s workforce demands a modern workplace learning experience. Engaging employees means exploring a variety of new technologies and new ways of inspiring people. At this year’s Learning Technologies, we’re inviting delegates to discover, and try out for themselves, how progressive technology solutions can be used to actively engage staff, unlock potential and stimulate growth.”

Seminars and conference sessions

Sponge will be hosting two free seminars at the exhibition for delegates to discover how microlearning can improve business performance and explore what it takes to create an outstanding learning campaign.

On day one of the event, Head of Innovation at Sponge, Kate Pasterfield will explain how to create an outstanding learning campaign based on a gold award-winning project with global insurance giant AXA

On day two, people can discover how to maximise employees’ available time by using microlearning technologies to meet real-life work challenges. Julie Wedgewood, Head of Learning Strategy at Sponge and Christine Tutssel, Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Axonify, will demonstrate how microlearning uses short daily learning moments to positively impact sales, customer service, and reduce accidents at work.
